*First Time Clients: All first time clients are required to book an initial deep clean. If your home has not been professionally cleaned in the past 30 days or has excessive buildup.

Before We Arrive: If you are aware that your home is cluttered, please ensure that the debris is picked up before our arrival or schedule our home organization hourly service. Any work performed outside the regular scope such as de-cluttering or organizing will be charged at our hourly rate prior to starting the actual service.

Pets: We understand pets are part of your family but we do require for all pets to be crated while we are cleaning. Also, you must supply your own vacuum cleaner. We do not want to risk the chance of possibly transporting pet hair to another client’s home. We want to ensure safety to all our clients by not causing any unknown risks to another family.
